Floateys is a fun game for everybody. This specific version has been designed to make it enjoyable for kids of all ages, including very young ones. All levels can be played without the need to read and understand any text. Symbols are used instead. For the grown-ups, the app supports the Game Center achievements and leaderboards features to track the progress. How is it played? The items on the screen are called floateys. The center figure can be moved around via the inclination of the device device. The aim of the game is to score points by provoking collisions with the green, yellow and red floateys, who then change color. Be careful, once they turn blue, they can no more be touched, otherwise the game is ended and lost. Depending on the level, floateys can also temporarily turn blue. You win if you avoid all collisions with blue floateys for a defined time. A level is completed successfully when all floateys have been converted into blue ones. The number of thumbs up images (1 to 3) indicate the performance level achieved for each game level. Each game level can be revisited undefinitely to improve the score. The difficulty increases with levels via the number of floateys, their travelling speed, their intelligence and more. A game level can be exited by tapping the screen center. A settings menu is available for various functions like data storage, reset the game or to change the accelerometer sensitivity. To secure the settings, this area can only be accessed after a filling in the results of a simple calculation.
